As Vice President at Morris & Berger, Jessie plays an active role in facilitating the search process from start to finish, working closely with the Partners, search committees, and candidates. In collaboration with the Partners, she helps develop candidate pools, participates in interviews, and conducts thorough reference checks. She regularly communicates with both prospective and active candidates, provides updates to search committees, and communicates search results with all stakeholders, ensuring goals are reached and everyone is treated with integrity and respect.

Prior to joining Morris & Berger in 2011, Jessie worked in development for higher education and performing arts organizations in New York City and Los Angeles. She earned her MA in Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management from the University of Southern California and her BA from the University of California Santa Cruz. A native of San Francisco and lifelong arts supporter, Jessie has two children and is an active volunteer in their school.
