Molly joined Morris & Berger in 1993 and works closely with the Partners throughout the search process.  She helps develop candidate pools, participates in candidate interviews and conducts reference checks. She regularly communicates with both prospective and active candidates, provides updates to search committees and communicates search results with all stakeholders.

Before making a career in executive search, Molly served as General Manager of the Asian Dreams outbound tour division of Jetour, USA, a wholesale tour operator specializing in group and independent travel to the Orient and Southeast Asia. Molly graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in English and remains an avid Tarheel fan.  She currently serves on the Board of A Noise Within, a regional classical theatre company in Pasadena.
