The Managing Partner and a Vice President are actively involved in every search throughout the process. We are involved every step of the way; recruiting and interviewing candidates, supporting search committees, conducting reference checks, and negotiating compensation packages with the final candidates.
With every search, we conduct in-house research ensuring current, comprehensive outreach tailored specifically to an organization and its needs and goals for the role.
