Lauren joined our team in 2008 and is the glue that holds us together.

As the Director of Operations, she is the administrator of the website and database, ensuring all candidate materials are processed and search information is up to date.  She collaborates with the Research Department on search timelines and outreach. Lauren also works closely with the Partners and Vice Presidents throughout the entire search process, including scheduling candidate interviews, managing all Information Technology, verifying candidate degrees, and handling invoicing for our office.

Before joining Morris & Berger, Lauren was the Advisory & Tax Assistant at Stewart Title of California. For more than six years, she worked in both the title and escrow divisions of the company. During her high school years, Lauren volunteered at Dignity Health-Glendale Memorial Hospital.  Through this experience, she realized that she wanted to dedicate her career to helping others.
